The Fairview Park Education Association was formed to work for the welfare of school children, to promote the interests of public education, to advance the standards of the teaching profession, to improve our member’s professional abilities and to secure for them better salaries and working conditions. We are an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association and the National Education Associations.

The Fairview Park Education Association sponsors member and community activities, participates in member conventions, bargains collectively and processes grievances. Our members are currently informed of our activities through regular meetings, and e-mails.
